Several bad haircuts in a row. Today I told them that I got a bad haircut last time, it's normally longer, she didn't ask how much to take off and cut it extremely short on her own which is not what I wanted. They have seemed more interested in cutting hair quickly instead of doing a good job. After using sport clips exclusively for several years, I will not be returning.

Awful. My fiancé and I were on our way to his birthday celebration and we stopped in to get him a last minute haircut. He gets a simple #2 on the sides, and scissors on top. There were tons of long hairs left on his sides and the top had ridges all over. She never once cross checked her work. His hairline at his neck was taken entirely too high and was completely crooked!! He had to get back in her chair for her to fix it. Seemed like she was in a rush to get him done and there was absolutely no passion in her work. Disgusted that someone with that skill set is allowed to cut hair for the public! I ended up having to buy a set of clippers and fix the haircut in our hotel room. NEVER AGAIN.
